Hunter Douglas Acquires 3-Form (release)

Hunter Douglas, the world market leader in window coverings, and a major manufacturer of architectural products, has acquired 3-Form, a US manufacturer of architectural products.

3-Form is a fast growing pioneer of decorative resin panels used for architectural applications. In 2006, the company had sales of USD 48 million and employs 310 people.

The company is based in Salt Lake City, U.S.A. Management will remain unchanged.

The acquisition is expected to strengthen the global position of Hunter Douglas' architectural products business.
