Hunter Douglas shows off the latest window covering designs at the international R&T exhibit in Stuttgart, Germany. The colorful stand features touch screens with virtual windows and floors that allow customers to choose window coverings and fabrics to complement their specific flooring, as well as heat lamps that demonstrate the absorptive properties of Hunter Douglas’ innovative window coverings. The following is a list of new product features on display at R&T.
Roller Shades:

Duette:
- Motorized Duette shades with quiet smart cords
- Shades with insect screens
- A new operating mechanism called Literise, which raises the shade by gently pushing on the bottom bar

Next to this exhibition Hunter Douglas showcases the best products in its Solar Control and Facades divisions:
- Dynamic sun control, Aerofins not only able to be tilted, but raised
- Folding shutters, now also flat closing, which is considered an engineering highlight
- An NBK ceramic façade with a tiltable section in the middle, now you can hide your windows in a blind façade
- A solid wooden façade, with FR treated wood and a special lacquer that will make sure that the salt of the FR treatment is contained within the wood
- A QuadroClad panel, tapered, curved and cranked, all in one panel. This very special façade design feature really shows the possibilities of this flexible facade concept.
- Large RB500 Roller Shade, with printed screen fabric
